Please note that if you already have a logo which is not web-ready, we can use this logo and recreate it in Photoshop, so that it is the same logo, but web-ready. There is a 1 hour charge for this, otherwise, you can also pay the people at logomakr.com to make a custom logo for you. We are not in any way affiliated with logomakr.com and do not receive a commission from them. A web-ready logo is a hi-quality vector graphic image file. A good logo may cost a lot, but you may be just as happy with the free logos from logomakr.com, or we can use the free logo maker ourselves, and charge you 30 minutes labor*** to put the logo together for you. Otherwise, we can design one for you on Photoshop at a cost of 2 hours labor***. *** Please note that you are not committing yourself at this point. You will receive a quote from us based on your response, which you can change before making a commitment.

Based on the above description provided under "Artwork," how would you like to handle your logo? (A logo is always needed for a business website.) Regardless of how the logo is made or who supplies it, it is your sole your responsibility to ensure that your logo will not be seen as infringing upon the rights of others. In some cases, you may wish to consult a trademark lawyer. The bottom line is that the logo you use is done at your own risk. One example is that if you do not legally register your logo, you may need to be prepared to change your logo if someone challenges you. In the final analysis, you are responsible for your logo and we do not bear or assume any consequences that may incur by any type of trademark or copyright infringement. *** Please note that you are not committing yourself at this point. What products or services are you selling or providing from your website? List them all here. We strongly recommend that you have a photo/picture for each product or service. In some cases, you can use a photo/picture for each grouping or category of products or services. However, this is one place you want to make sure you have a great picture to go along with the produce or service. You may not have a picture in which case we can help you, but it will add to the time and cost of your website.
