We are asking this question because some people have provided their username and password to a third party, and this can result in "domain name hostage taking" whereby you are unable to switch your website over to a new party. In such a case, we would not be able to serve you unless you were able to make changes with your domain name registrar.

How do you want to handle email? We can setup forwarding addresses (that will go to your Gmail or any other account). Or, we can modify DNS entries that will enable you to use any third party email provider of your choice. For example, if you currently have a third party email provider, you can stay with that email provider. If you are not sure about this, we can discuss this over a zoom call.
